Once your order is received, I will email you to confirm details, availability and pickup up time. (Delivery is available for an additional price) I will send you a confirmation along with an invoice. A Deposit WILL be due to start your order. Your payment MUST be made within 48 hours of receiving your invoice to confirm your order. Invoices left unpaid will be canceled. Our cookies do not contain nuts, BUT, nuts are present in the home kitchen. Cancellations made within 2 weeks of your pickup day will not be refunded, but MAY be rescheduled. No refunds.
