🍪 You will receive your quantity of cookies individually wrapped in our custom packaging 🎁
🍪 Our cookies last two weeks on the counter and months in the freezer so they are ready to eat whenever you want to eat them 🤩
These cookies are prepared in a kitchen that is not subject to inspection by the Missouri DHSS.
🍪 BULK ORDERS - Processing time in shop is a minimum of 21+ business days before shipping due to high demand and our custom cookie cutter making process. Possible exceptions could be made per order for extra charges. Private message for availability.
🍪Please indicate your receive by date for large custom orders as they will be available 2-3 days prior to that date.
We do NOT offer refunds. Each cookie is custom made to order and packaged within 24-48 hours of being baked to ensure freshness! If there is an issue with your order please contact within 24 hours of receipt of your order and all cookies must be returned so we can test for quality and issues. We will then decide if a credit on a future order will be deemed.

We are not responsible for delays in shipping due the post office being overwhelmed. If your items become delayed, destroyed in transit or lost in the mail it is your responsibility to place a claim with USPS regarding these issues. If for any reason you have an issue with your items and are needing an exchange or replacement, return shipping is not provided. We do not offer refunds as all of our items are made to order. We are also not responsible for additional shipping or customs charges that may occur with international orders.
